May be relied on for innumerable applications including UV curing, mineralogy, security control, medical diagnosis, nondestructive testing, rodent contamination detection and general fluorescence analysis. The long wave lamps come with integrally filtered tubes, while the short and medium wave lamps have a separate LONGLIFE™ filter assembly which assures higher initial UV irradiance and resists solarization so that it lasts up to 50 times longer than conventional UV filters.
